Do your cakes and pies need to be refrigerated?

Yes! All of our items are baked fresh and do not contain any preservatives. Bring all items to room temperature 1-2 hours before serving.

 

I placed a Holiday order! When can I pick up?

Orders MUST be picked up on the day you chose at checkout.  Items not picked up by Tuesday, 12/24 at 4pm (closing time on Christmas Eve) will be donated. No refunds will be issued.

 

All pickups will occur at our shop located at 1306 Frankford Avenue in Fishtown, Philadelphia. Our holiday pickup hours are as follows:

 

·       Sunday, 12/22:  9am – 6pm

·       Monday, 12/23:  9am – 6pm

·       Tuesday, 12/24 (CHRISTMAS EVE): 9am – 3pm

 

I forgot to place my order in time! Can I still get anything?

If you missed the order deadline or would like to purchase additional items, we will be fully stocked with both sweet and savory treats during our pick-up days.  These items will ONLY be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. (No items will be held over the phone, via email, instagram, etc.)

 

We recommend coming early on the day of your pick-up for the best possible selection!

 

Can I have something written on my cake or pie?

Yes! This is something you can request when you come in to pick up your order. It will take a few minutes for one of our chefs to add a message to your cake or pie, so please allow for extra time at pick-up.


Can I change or cancel my order? 

Due to the high volume during the holidays, we are unable to accommodate any order changes or cancellations.  All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
